The Mulligan Fund is proud to partner with TetherEd Labs by providing financial support to further their exceptional initiatives. TetherEd Labs makes a significant impact in the community by offering second chances to so many, and we are fortunate to consider them not only a recipient but also a valued partner.

Their unique approach integrates community healing practices, interpersonal and cognitive skill development, and career readiness training to address deep-rooted barriers to success that have historically challenged underserved communities. Their mission is to enhance educational and technical training processes, preparing youth with the skills needed to overcome adverse life experiences and thrive in the job market, thereby enhancing their opportunities for success.

Through fundraising efforts of The Mulligan Fund, the R.L.B Foundation is building a memorial at Robert’s high school to honor the life and service of a true American hero.

This foundation was created in memory of Green Beret Bobby Barrios. The hope of this foundation is to bring awareness to suicide within our community and provide college scholarships to students of his alma mater, Terrebonne High School.
